About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with modern amenities including APU, inverters, fridges, and free SiriusXM. We provide flexible home time options and a supportive environment where you can easily out-earn your weekly guarantee.
Hiring Process
We fly you to orientation and provide paid orientation time. To join our team, you must meet specific safety and experience standards, including holding a CDL-A for at least 12 months, being at least 21 years of age, and having no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years. Candidates must also have no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years and pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
