About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to join our team and transport freight safely and efficiently across long distances. This position is ideal for those who thrive on the open road and take pride in delivering goods across multi-state routes. As an OTR driver, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every shipment arrives on time and in perfect condition.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with a thorough pre-trip inspection of your Class A commercial tractor-trailer, ensuring all systems are operational and compliant with DOT regulations. Throughout your journey, you will maintain accurate electronic logs, track your mileage and manage delivery documentation with precision. You will communicate regularly with dispatch to provide updates on route status, report any delays, and coordinate seamlessly for pickups and deliveries.
Safety is our top priority. You will adhere strictly to Hours of Service requirements and safety standards, properly secure cargo to prevent damage or loss. In the event of any accidents, traffic incidents, or mechanical issues, or mechanical problems, you will promptly report them to ensure swift resolution. Your ability to meet scheduled delivery deadlines while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and safety is essential to this role.
