About the Role
You will drive late-model Penske Truck Leasing trucks, equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. Your mission is to load and unload crates of groceries at grocery stores, representing both Penske and your clients. When you drive for Penske, you are part of a team of professional truck drivers committed to delivering products safely and on time.
This role offers a unique opportunity to haul freight for some of the world's leading brands. You will likely be driving their branded trucks and wearing their uniforms, building relationships with your accounts while providing incredible customer service. It is more than just driving yellow trucks; it is about being on the move with a stable, nationwide company known for great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record.
Day in the Life
As a Full-time Local Class B Delivery Truck Driver, you will be home daily. The operation runs 24 hours a week, 7 days a week. As a floater, your schedule is as needed, typically dispatching between 9 PM and 11 PM, though days and hours vary based on coverage needs. You will work at a specific location, maintaining regular, predictable, full attendance as an essential function of the job.

Hiring Process
