By teaming up with one of the largest carriers in the country, we provide our contractor partners access to one of the most expansive freight networks nationwide. About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will focus on managing your own business while simultaneously becoming a truck owner. We handle the operational complexities so you can concentrate on driving and growing your enterprise. You will be part of a dedicated fleet with a manager assigned specifically to keep you loaded, ensuring a steady stream of 100% refrigerated freight from our customer network without the need for brokers.
Program Highlights
Our lease purchase program is designed to make ownership accessible. We offer $0 money down, no credit checks, and no hidden fees, with all costs disclosed upfront. The program features a 100% walk-away lease structure, a $1 balloon payment, and manufacturer warranties on 2023–2026 model automatic trucks. Drivers also benefit from using customer trailers with no rental fees, big fuel discounts, and no out-of-pocket maintenance costs.
Hiring Process
All driver records are reviewed individually. Candidates must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. We review moving violations and preventable accidents on a case-by-case basis, typically looking for no more than three moving violations and two preventable accidents in the last three years. Owner-operators are welcome to apply.
