About the Role
This opportunity is tailored for Owner Operators seeking a seamless path to ownership. Drivers will operate 100% refrigerated freight within an expansive customer network, ensuring consistent work without reliance on brokered freight. The role includes the use of customer trailers with no rental fees and access to a dedicated fleet manager to keep loads moving. Drivers will operate 2023–2026 model automatic trucks, supported by a 24/7 dispatch system and a 24-hour support structure.
Program Highlights
The lease purchase program is structured to minimize upfront barriers and financial risk. It features $0 money down, no credit checks, and no hidden fees, with all costs disclosed upfront. The lease terms range from 3 to 4 years and include a 100% walk-away option. Drivers earn 82% of gross line haul plus 100% of the fuel surcharge, alongside significant fuel discounts of up to $1 off per gallon. Additional support includes a $1 balloon payment, a manufacturer warranty on the truck, and no out-of-pocket maintenance costs.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of OTR experience. Applicants should have no more than three moving violations or two preventable accidents in the last three years; all driver records will be reviewed individually.
