About the Role
As an OTR Reefer Lease Purchase Driver, you will operate within a dedicated fleet of 2023–2026 automatic model trucks. This role is designed for owner-operators who want to transition into ownership without the traditional barriers of entry. You will be assigned 100% refrigerated freight from an expansive customer network, ensuring consistent work without the need for brokered freight. With a dedicated fleet manager ensuring you stay loaded and access to pre-loaded trailers, the focus is on keeping you rolling efficiently.
Program Highlights
We have structured this program to be accessible and transparent. There is no money down, no credit check, and no hidden fees—all costs are disclosed upfront. The lease terms range from 3 to 4 years and include a 100% walk-away option. Drivers earn 82% of gross line haul plus 100% of the fuel surcharge, with access to significant fuel discounts. Additionally, the program includes a manufacturer warranty on the truck, no out-of-pocket maintenance costs, and a $1 balloon payment at the end of the term.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates should note that all driver records are reviewed individually. To qualify, applicants must hold a current CDL-A license with a minimum of two years of experience and have no more than three moving violations or two preventable accidents in the last three years.
