About the Role
We are seeking an OTR Class A Dry Van Owner Operator to join our team in St. Louis, MO. This role involves driving a route from St. Louis to various locations throughout the Eastern United States, averaging 2,800 to 3,000+ miles per week. As an Owner Operator, you will operate tractor-trailer units, ensuring proper utilization and adherence to weight regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities include the safe loading and unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, securing loads, and placarding vehicles in strict accordance with Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. You will also maintain essential documentation, including daily logs, invoicing, time sheets, dispatch reports, trip reports, and vehicle inspection reports.
Compensation & Benefits
This position offers a competitive compensation package averaging $200,000 to $250,000 per year. Drivers enjoy weekly home time. The compensation structure includes payment for all on-duty time via hourly demurrage rates, non-asset hourly rates, and mileage pay.
