We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and longevity. Solo OTR drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers earning over $1,650 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't already have one, or we welcome you to bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,000 miles per week.

Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and must meet specific DUI/DWI and drug conviction history requirements.
