About the Opportunity
Dollar Tree is seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers for a high-paying, home-weekly position on our dedicated account in Warrensburg, MO. This role is designed for drivers who want to stay active while delivering dry freight. Drivers will hand unload trailers using rollers at customer locations, averaging two loads per week and covering approximately 1,750 miles.
Delivery Scope
This lane covers a wide range of deliveries across the central United States, including Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. Drivers will work with the account manager to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks at each stop.
Schedule & Compensation
Drivers enjoy a weekly schedule with a 34-hour reset, ensuring regular time at home. Compensation includes CPM and load pay, along with a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay. The position offers weekly pay, health benefits, 401(k) participation, paid time off, and bonus incentives. An unlimited cash referral program is also available.
