Drivers will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, from convenient home-base terminals. Compensation & Support

Drivers can expect an average weekly earning of $1,450, with a $2,000 sign-on bonus available upon meeting qualification criteria. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles at a rate of $0.63 per mile, varying by route and experience level. The company provides comprehensive support through a 24/7 driver assistance program and offers paid orientation to ensure a smooth start.

Application & Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, applicants must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
