Compensation & Perks
In addition to competitive trip pay calculated at $0.63 per cpm based on route and experience, this role includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus. The compensation package is further enhanced by unload, stop, and backhaul pay opportunities. Drivers also receive paid orientation upon completion and hiring, along with paid vacation after one year of service.
Hiring Process
Qualified candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. The application process requires passing a DOT physical and drug test, with strict adherence to safety standards regarding accidents, moving violations, and DUI/DWI history.
