This position offers a dedicated truck driving opportunity with a focus on consistent home time and reliable freight. Drivers will operate newer equipment, averaging 18 months in age, and work from convenient home-base terminals. The role is designed for drivers seeking a stable schedule with the ability to be home weekly.
Drivers in this role average $1,450 per week. Compensation includes a $2,000 sign-on bonus, paid orientation upon completion and hiring, and a 401(k) match. Additional pay opportunities include unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of driving experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. Specific driving record requirements include no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Candidates with a DUI/DWI within the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL) or drug-related convictions within the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL) are not eligible. Additionally, drivers with a history of positive or refused drug tests in the past ten years while holding a CDL-A or CLP, or those currently in the SAP program, are not eligible for hire.
