Dollar Tree is seeking CDL-A drivers for a dedicated account based in Warrensburg, MO. The Role

Drivers will operate on a dedicated lane handling all dry freight. The route averages 1,750 miles per week with approximately two loads. A key aspect of this position is the physical nature of the work; drivers will hand unload trailers using rollers at customer locations. This account is specifically designed for individuals who prefer an active driving environment.

Regional Scope

The delivery lane spans multiple states, including Kansas, Minnesota, Nebraska, Iowa, Oklahoma, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, New Mexico, the Dakotas, and Missouri. Drivers will work with account managers to determine safe and secure parking locations for their trucks at the end of each shift.

Schedule & Compensation

This position offers a weekly home time schedule with a 34-hour reset. Compensation is structured through CPM and load pay, with the potential to earn up to 3% of mileage pay through a Safe & On-Time Mileage Bonus. Drivers receive weekly pay and have access to a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, dental, life insurance, AD&D, an HSA, PTO, and 401(k) participation.
