About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a dedicated route with a commitment to home weekly. This position offers a stable opportunity to drive newer equipment, averaging 18 months old, with convenient home-base terminals. Drivers will handle 100% touch freight and receive compensation for unloads, stops, and backhauls.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900, with top earners averaging $2,200 per week. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Trip pay is calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per cpm depending on the route and experience level.

Qualifications
Candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test.
Our safety standards require no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years. Drivers must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years. A DUI/DWI is not permitted within the past five years, or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL. Additionally, there must be no drug-related convictions within the past five years (or 10 years if holding a CDL), and no positive or refused drug tests in the past 10 years with a CDL-A or CLP. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
