About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers a stable route with 100% touch freight, ensuring you are paid for every aspect of the job, including offers for unload, stop, and backhaul pay. Drivers can expect to average over $1,900 per week, with top earners reaching $2,200. Compensation is calculated based on dispatched miles, ranging from $0.70 to $0.80 per mile depending on the route and experience level.

Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire. Additionally, applicants must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no more than two moving violations in the same period.
