Truck Driver - Dedicated - Dry Van

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team on a home-weekly schedule. This position offers the opportunity to haul 100% touch freight with consistent routes, ensuring you can return home regularly. Drivers can expect to average over $1,900 per week, with top earners reaching approximately $2,200. The role includes additional compensation for unloads, stops, and backhauls, alongside a $2,000 sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.

Equipment and Support

Our fleet features newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability and comfort on the road. We provide convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 driver support to assist you whenever needed. Paid orientation is provided upon completion and hiring.

Hiring Process

Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The application process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Candidates must meet specific safety standards, including no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Additionally, drivers must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no drug-related convictions in the past five years (or ten years if holding a CDL).
