Drivers will operate newer equipment, with an average fleet age of 18 months, ensuring a reliable and comfortable ride. The role features 100% touch freight, meaning drivers handle the cargo from start to finish, and includes compensation for unloads, stops, and backhauls.
Compensation & Benefits
Drivers can expect an average weekly pay of $1,900, with top earners averaging $2,200 per week. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is available for qualified candidates. Hiring Process
Interested candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a paid orientation upon completion and hiring. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test, with specific restrictions regarding moving violations, accidents, and DUI/DWI offenses within the past 2 to 10 years.
