About the Role
We are seeking experienced Company Drivers to operate Flatbed, Landoll, Stepdeck, and Dry Van loads. This position is designed for drivers who want to maximize their earnings through high mileage. Drivers are expected to run at least 2,500 miles per week, with pay structured on a CPM-Plus model to reward productivity.
The role offers flexibility in home time, allowing drivers to choose between being home on weekends or running for 2-3 weeks at a time. Midwest Companies provides all necessary equipment and training, ensuring you have the tools needed to succeed on the road. In-house maintenance is available for both trucks and trailers to keep you moving safely and efficiently.
Hiring Process
To join our team, candidates must possess a valid CDL-A license and a current DOT physical. The selection process includes a drug screen and verification of at least two years of CDL-A driving experience. Safety certifications required for the role must also be completed.
