About the Role
We are currently hiring CDL-A drivers for both Over-the-Road (OTR) and Regional positions. OTR drivers will run solid miles, staying out for 2-3 weeks at a time, while Regional drivers enjoy home weekly with a minimum 34-hour reset. Whether you are looking for long-haul opportunities or regional routes, Bison offers assigned tractors and the option to take home your vehicle within specific criteria.
Our freight is 98% no-touch, ensuring a comfortable driving experience. We offer flexible home time options to suit your lifestyle and welcome pets and riders, allowing you to bring family or a furry buddy along on your journey. Drivers can also take advantage of paid training programs to learn and earn simultaneously.
Hiring Process
We make the transition to Bison easy with a fully paid orientation. This includes paid travel arrangements and a paid stay while you are at orientation. We also offer referral bonuses, encouraging you to bring a friend to join our team.
