About the Role
Bison USA is dedicated to helping new drivers build a strong future in the trucking industry, starting from day one. This position is specifically designed for CDL-A recent graduates who have completed their schooling within the last 90 days and are ready to launch their Over-The-Road (OTR) careers. The role offers a structured path from paid training to your first solo load, ensuring you have support every mile of the way.
As a new driver with Bison, you will operate late-model van and reefer trailers on steady OTR routes, averaging 2,000 to 2,500 miles per week. The position offers a home time schedule of 2–3 days every 2–3 weeks. You will be assigned your own truck immediately following the completion of paid training, allowing you to transition quickly into independent driving.
The Training Experience
We believe in investing in our drivers. Upon joining, you will undergo a comprehensive training program that includes three days of orientation and five days of classroom and terminal training. This is followed by four weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced mentor driver. Drivers who demonstrate exceptional skill may qualify for a fast-track option, reducing in-cab training to just two weeks based on evaluation. Upon successful completion, you will receive your own truck and head home.

How to Apply
