About the Role
This position is designed specifically for CDL-A recent graduates ready to launch their Over-The-Road (OTR) careers. If you have graduated from a CDL school within the last 90 days, this role offers you the opportunity to gain valuable experience with consistent, steady miles. You will drive late-model vans and reefers, handling 98% no-touch freight to focus on the road. The role involves running OTR routes, typically spending 2–3 weeks out at a time with home time of 2–3 days every 2–3 weeks.
Training and What to Expect
We provide a comprehensive path to independence. Your journey begins with 3 days of orientation followed by 5 days of classroom and terminal training. You will then enter 4 weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced driver. Depending on your evaluation, a fast-track option may allow you to complete this phase in just 2 weeks. Upon successful completion, you will be assigned your own truck and head home.
