About the Role
This position is designed specifically for drivers who have recently obtained their CDL-A license and are ready to launch their Over-The-Road (OTR) career. You will be responsible for hauling consistent, late-model van and reefer trailers, with 98% of the freight being no-touch. The role offers a clear path from training to independence, where you will eventually be assigned your own truck.
You can expect to run 2,000 to 2,500 weekly miles, typically spending 2–3 weeks on the road before returning home for 2–3 days. The work environment is pet and rider-friendly, allowing you to bring someone or something you love along for the journey. This is an opportunity to gain valuable experience while earning competitive pay based on mileage.
Training and What to Expect
We provide a comprehensive training program to ensure you are ready for the road. The standard path includes three days of orientation, five days of classroom and terminal training, and four weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced driver. A fast-track option is available for qualified candidates, reducing in-cab training to two weeks based on evaluation. Upon successful completion, you will receive your own truck and head home.
