What to Expect
Your journey begins with a comprehensive onboarding process. You can expect 3 days of orientation followed by 5 days of classroom and terminal training. This is followed by 4 weeks of in-cab paid training with an experienced driver. For those who demonstrate readiness, a fast-track option is available, reducing in-cab training to 2 weeks based on evaluation. Upon successful completion, you will receive your own truck and head home.
