About the Role

We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,600 weekly. Our newer equipment averages just 18 months old, ensuring you are driving reliable trucks. Hiring Process

Applicants must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old. Candidates are required to have at least 3 months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past 5 years (or 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past 10 years. Additionally, SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.

We look for drivers with a clean record, specifically no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. There are strict guidelines regarding DUI/DWI offenses, with a 5-year lookback period generally, extending to 10 years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL.
