About the Role
As a Full-time Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships. This role is more than just driving; it is about incredible customer service and building relationships with your accounts. You will be representing both Penske and your clients, often driving their branded trucks and wearing their uniforms.
You will drive late-model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras. Your day will involve unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages, while using scanners to track products as they are delivered.
The schedule typically runs from midnight to 6 a.m., depending on the route selected. Drivers can expect to be away from home approximately three days per week, with three layovers weekly.
