About the Role
We are seeking dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to join our team and transport freight safely and efficiently across long distances. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive on the open road and take pride in delivering goods across multi-state routes with precision and care.
As an OTR driver, you will be responsible for operating a Class A commercial tractor-trailer in strict adherence to DOT regulations and company policies. Your primary mission is to ensure all pickups and deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule.
Day in the Life
Your day begins with thorough pre-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. During transit, you will maintain accurate electronic logs, mileage records, and delivery documentation. You will communicate regularly with dispatch to provide updates on route status, delays, and delivery progress, and any potential issues. You are also expected to promptly report any accidents, traffic incidents, or mechanical issues.

Average annual earnings range from $60,000 to $90,000+, depending on experience, mileage, and route type.
