This position offers an opportunity to join a team of professional truck drivers committed to delivering products safely and on time. As a Full-time Local Class A CDL Truck Driver, you will work as a backhaul driver, picking up loads locally within a specific dispatch window. The role involves driving late-model, Penske-maintained trucks equipped with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety, including inward and outward-facing in-cab cameras.
Beyond driving, you will be responsible for unloading trailers using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages. When you drive for Penske, you are representing both the company and your clients, often driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms. This role emphasizes incredible customer service and building strong relationships with your accounts.
We offer a stable, nationwide career path known for having the best equipment, great management, clear communication, and a fantastic safety record. You will be part of a culture that pays every Friday and prioritizes work-life balance, with most driving positions offering daily home time.
