About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering opportunities for both solo and team operations. Our mission is to provide consistent, high-mileage routes that allow drivers to maximize their earnings while maintaining a predictable schedule. Solo OTR drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week on a consistent 12 days out and 2 days home schedule. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you can bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers can average 5,000 miles per week with competitive split pay.

Hiring Process
Qualified candidates must possess a valid Class A CDL, be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The application process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that drivers with SAP status are not eligible for hire. Bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications; please contact a recruiter for detailed information on sign-on bonuses and pay structures.
