We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team, we provide the consistent miles, freight, and support you need to succeed on the road.
Solo OTR drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers earning over $1,600 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't already have one, or we encourage you to bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM, averaging 5,000 miles per week.
Our commitment to our drivers extends beyond the pay rate. We maintain a fleet of newer equipment, averaging just 18 months old, to ensure reliability and comfort. Drivers benefit from convenient home-base terminals and 24/7 support, ensuring you are never stranded. We also offer a sponsorship program for those looking to bring a teammate on board.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package to support your health, family, and future. This includes health, dental, and vision insurance with prescription benefits for employees and dependents, along with accident, hospital indemnity, and critical illness coverage. Financial security is a priority, with a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, and paid vacation after one year. Additional perks include tuition reimbursement, pet insurance, an employee assistance program, and paid orientation.
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A), be at least 21 years old, and have a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Applicants must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain strict safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there are specific restrictions regarding DUI/DWI offenses and drug-related convictions based on the timeframe and CDL status. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
Interested candidates should contact a recruiter for specific details regarding bonus qualifications and route calculations. We are an equal opportunity employer committed to building a diverse and safe workforce.
