About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our fleet as Solo or Team OTR drivers. This position offers a consistent schedule with an average of 12 days out and 2 days at home, ensuring reliable earnings and a balanced lifestyle on the road. Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week, while team drivers have the opportunity to average 5,000 miles per week with competitive split pay.
For those looking to build a team, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or you may bring a family member or friend along. We also provide sponsorship programs to assist in bringing new teammates on board. Our fleet features newer equipment averaging 18 months old, and we maintain convenient home-base terminals to support your journey.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. The application process includes a DOT physical and drug test. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire, and bonus payouts are subject to specific qualifications. - verifiedSAP drivers are not eligible for hire
