About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our team on the road. Whether you prefer the independence of solo driving or the camaraderie of a team, we offer opportunities designed to fit your lifestyle. Solo drivers can expect an average of 2,000+ miles per week, while team drivers have the chance to average 5,000 miles per week with competitive split pay. Our top-performing drivers earn over $1,600 weekly, and we provide consistent miles and freight to keep you moving.
If you are interested in team driving but do not yet have a partner, our Team Match program can help you find the right teammate. You are also encouraged to bring a family member or friend along the road. For those looking to grow their career, we offer a sponsorship program and tuition reimbursement.

We invest in our drivers with newer equipment averaging just 18 months old and convenient home-base terminals. We provide 24/7 driver support to ensure you are never alone on the road. We also offer a 401(k) match, stock purchase plan, and paid vacation after one year of service.
Application Instructions
To apply, you must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of 3 months of verifiable experience. Candidates must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. We maintain high safety standards, requiring no more than one preventable accident in the last two years and no major preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, drivers must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no DUI/DWI offenses within the past 5 to 10 years, depending on CDL status. Please note that SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
