About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Solo Over-The-Road (OTR) drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers earning over $1,650 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner, or the flexibility to bring a family member or friend along the road. Team drivers enjoy an average of 5,000 miles per week with split starting pay ranging from $0.72 to $0.80 CPM.

Application & Hiring Process
Interested candidates must hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and be at least 21 years old with a minimum of three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past ten years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
Safety is a core value, so applicants must have no more than one preventable accident involving a Commercial Motor Vehicle (CMV) in the last two years, no major preventable accidents in the last five years, and no more than two moving violations in the last two years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI offenses within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL). Successful candidates will receive details regarding sign-on bonuses and trip pay calculations based on dispatched miles and experience.
