About the Role
We are seeking experienced CDL-A drivers to join our fleet, offering competitive compensation packages designed to reward performance and reliability. Whether you prefer the independence of solo over-the-road (OTR) driving or the camaraderie of a team, we provide the consistent miles and freight needed to maximize your earnings.
Solo OTR drivers can expect to average 2,000+ miles per week, with top performers in the top 20% earning over $1,600 weekly. For those interested in team driving, we offer a robust Team Match program to help you find the right partner if you don't already have one, or we encourage you to bring a family member or friend along. Team drivers can split a $5,000 sign-on bonus and earn starting pay between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM on an average of 5,000 miles per week.

Application & Hiring Process
To apply, candidates must possess a valid Class A License (CDL A) and be at least 21 years old. Applicants must have at least three months of verifiable experience. The hiring process includes a DOT physical and drug test; candidates must have no drug-related convictions within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL) and no positive or refused tests in the past ten years. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
Safety is paramount. We require no more than one CMV on-road preventable accident in the last two years and no major CMV preventable accidents in the last five years. Additionally, candidates must have no more than two moving violations in the last two years and no DUI/DWI within the past five years (or ten years if the offense occurred while holding a CDL).
