About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Class A Dry Van Driver to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT. This position involves operating tractor trailer units on a route extending from Salt Lake City to Colorado, Idaho, and Nebraska. Drivers can expect to average 50-60 hours per week with the opportunity for weekly home time.
In this role, you will ensure the proper loading and unloading of hazardous and non-hazardous waste, securing loads, and placarding vehicles in strict accordance with Company and Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining daily logs, time sheets, expense reports, dispatch and trip reports, as well as vehicle inspection reports. Success in this position requires adhering to all safe work practices, policies, and processes while effectively utilizing required technology such as mobile applications and computer software.
