About the Role
We are seeking dedicated CDL-A drivers to join our team as Solo or Team OTR drivers. This role offers a consistent schedule with an average of 12 days out and 2 days at home, ensuring reliable freight and miles. Solo drivers can expect to average over 2,000 miles per week, while team drivers typically average 5,000 miles per week. Our equipment is newer, averaging just 18 months old, and we provide convenient home-base terminals to support your journey.
For those interested in team driving but currently without a partner, we offer a Team Match program to help you find the right teammate. You are also encouraged to bring a family member or friend on board, and we offer a sponsorship program to assist with this transition.

Our compensation structure is competitive, with solo drivers earning between 46 and 60 CPM based on experience and location, and team drivers starting between $0.72 and $0.80 CPM split. Top performers in our solo OTR group earn over $1,525 weekly, with an average annual earning of $78,000.
Hiring Process
Interested candidates must meet specific qualifications, including holding a valid Class A CDL, being at least 21 years old, and having at least three months of verifiable experience. Applicants must pass a DOT physical and drug test, with no recent major preventable accidents, excessive moving violations, or DUI/DWI offenses as outlined in our safety standards. SAP drivers are not eligible for hire.
Bonus payouts, including our $2,000 sign-on bonus for solo drivers and up to $5,000 for teams, are subject to qualification details. Please contact a recruiter for specific information regarding bonus eligibility and the application process.
