About the Role
We are actively seeking a Dentist to join our growing team as a Traveler. In this role, you will support our mission to provide excellent dental care in the community, helping us create more smiles and memorable experiences for children and adults. You will be part of a team that believes in teamwork and truly cares about their patients.
Your day will involve taking care of your community while participating in activities to promote a positive image of the company. You will join morning huddles to plan your day, appreciate your team, and highlight examples of customer focus and collaboration. This role is ideal for those who love working with kids, as they make up 70% or more of our patient base.
This opportunity provides significant growth and development through mentoring and collaboration. You will work in a supportive environment with a dedicated team, including a hygienist, a hygiene assistant, and two dental assistants per provider, ensuring a smooth office flow.
