Travel Telemetry RN

About the Role

Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced Travel Telemetry RN to join our network of highly skilled clinicians supporting hospitals and medical centers across the United States. In this role, you will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to adults requiring continuous cardiac monitoring in step-down, progressive care, and telemetry units. You will play a critical role in assessing and monitoring patients with complex cardiac and medical conditions, interpreting telemetry rhythms, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote optimal outcomes.

As a traveler, you will rotate through various healthcare facilities for time-limited assignments, typically 8–13 weeks in length. This position requires the ability to adapt quickly to new clinical environments, policies, and electronic medical record systems. You will provide clear, compassionate education to patients and caregivers about cardiac monitoring, medications, and discharge instructions, while promoting safety, infection control, and quality standards at all times.
