About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a Travel Speech Language Pathologist to provide high-quality speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing services across varied healthcare settings nationwide. This role exists to ensure patients receive consistent, evidence-based care regardless of their location, bridging gaps in healthcare delivery through flexible, mission-driven professionals.
In this position, you will perform comprehensive evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes. The day-to-day involves adapting quickly to new clinical environments, workflows, and EMR systems as you travel between assignments. You will document care accurately, educate patients and families on communication strategies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives to support high-quality patient outcomes.
