Critical Connection, inc is seeking a travel Occupational Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Newport, Vermont. This role is designed for a professional passionate about helping patients regain independence following hospitalization or illness within a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting.
The position focuses on functional recovery, activities of daily living (ADLs), and safe discharge planning. New graduates are encouraged to apply. You will provide 1:1 patient-centered care, collaborating closely with physical therapists, speech-language pathologists, nursing staff, and case management to address functional, cognitive, and physical impairments.
