About the Position

The Role
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver therapy interventions tailored to each patient's plan of care. Your day will involve documenting patient progress and responses to treatment in compliance with state, federal, and facility guidelines. You will also play a key role in patient education, assisting in the development of home exercise programs, and communicating regular status updates to the supervising Physical Therapist. Success in this role requires strict adherence to safety, infection control, and compliance standards while collaborating effectively within interdisciplinary teams.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must be graduates of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program and hold an active state PTA license, or possess the ability to obtain one prior to the start date.
