- check_circleProvide direct physical therapy services to patients in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital setting
- check_circleEvaluate, develop, and implement individualized patient treatment plans to promote functional recovery
- check_circleDocument patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
- check_circleCollaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and optimize patient rehabilitation outcomes
- check_circleAdhere to facility dress code and operational protocols within the rehab unit
Requirements
- verifiedActive Physical Therapist (PT) license valid in Texas
- verifiedMinimum of 2 years experience in Acute Rehabilitation Unit or LTACH setting
- verifiedAbility to work day shift hours
- verifiedCompliance with facility scrub color requirements (blue scrubs)
- verifiedLicensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligible state
Nice to Have
Prior travel therapy experience in a hospital or LTACH environment. Familiarity with LTACH patient populations and rehabilitation protocols. Licensure in a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) eligible state.
