About the Role

We are currently seeking a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment in Sonoma, California. This position begins on June 1, 2026, and operates on a rotating day and night schedule, working 36 hours per week in 12-hour shifts.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a supportive team that includes a dedicated Clinical Director and a 24-hour support team.
