About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel PCU Stepdown RN to deliver high-quality intermediate care to diverse patient populations nationwide. In this position, you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to monitor complex but stable patients, manage IV drips, interpret telemetry, and facilitate safe recovery and smooth transitions of care. You will be responsible for administering medications and treatments per physician orders, educating patients and families on diagnoses and discharge plans, and maintaining accurate EMR documentation. The role demands a nurse who can quickly adjust to new workflows and equipment while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
