This role is designed for a nurse who thrives in dynamic environments, providing critical care to patients transitioning from intensive care to medical-surgical units. You will be the bridge between high-acuity monitoring and general inpatient recovery, ensuring safe, patient-centered care through frequent monitoring and specialized interventions.
