About the Role
Fusion Medical Staffing seeks a Travel PCU Stepdown RN to deliver high-quality intermediate care to diverse patient populations nationwide. This role is designed for nurses who thrive in dynamic environments and are committed to promoting safe recovery and smooth transitions of care. You will adapt to various hospital settings while upholding best practices in patient safety, documentation, and infection control.
In this position, you will partner with a multidisciplinary team to manage complex but stable patients. Your day-to-day involves monitoring clinical status, interpreting telemetry, and administering IV therapies and medications per physician orders. Beyond direct patient care, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop care plans and educate patients and families on diagnoses, procedures, and discharge plans.
