About the Role

The clinic is part of a well-established, therapist-owned rehabilitation group recognized for delivering high-quality outpatient care and prioritizing both patient outcomes and clinician support. In this outpatient role, you will manage a primarily orthopedic and musculoskeletal caseload with a mix of post-surgical, sports-related, and chronic conditions. Typical diagnoses may include spine disorders, shoulder and knee injuries, joint replacements, and general deconditioning. You will be responsible for comprehensive evaluations, development of individualized plans of care, implementation of therapeutic interventions, and ongoing reassessment to ensure progress toward patient-centered goals.

A typical day includes conducting initial evaluations, providing one-on-one or small-group treatment sessions, supervising support staff as appropriate, documenting in the EMR, and collaborating with referring physicians and other healthcare providers. Patient schedules are designed to support high-quality, personalized care, with reasonable patient volumes that allow for thorough treatment and documentation. The clinic is equipped with modern rehabilitation tools, exercise equipment, and treatment modalities to support a wide range of therapeutic approaches.
