Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide direct perioperative nursing care in an acute care operating room setting at a 1:1 patient ratio
- check_circleMaintain accurate and timely documentation using the Mediteach charting system
- check_circleFulfill on-call requirements within a 6-week rotation including weekday overnight and weekend shifts
- check_circleFloat between like units within the facility and across facilities within the state as operationally required
- check_circleCommit to working a minimum of 3 of the 5 designated holidays
Requirements
- verifiedActive California RN license
- verifiedMinimum of 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience
- verifiedBasic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required
- verifiedLA fire card obtained within the last 30 days
Nice to Have
2 or more years of Operating Room RN experience. Prior experience with Mediteach electronic charting system. Familiarity with acute care hospital environments and multi-unit float expectations.
