About the Role
This position seeks a qualified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct care to adult patients in Minot, North Dakota. Medical-Surgical nursing is the largest group of nurses, offering care to patients with multiple diagnoses across various medical specialties. This 10-week contract involves rotating shifts of 3 days x 12 hours, starting as soon as possible.
Travel nursing offers a diverse range of assignments that showcase adaptability, versatility, and resilience. Working in new facilities challenges problem-solving skills and requires navigating different protocols, honing the ability to think critically in varying healthcare contexts. The role provides professional autonomy, allowing nurses to work independently while adhering to facility policies and contributing their expertise to different teams.
