About the Role
We are seeking a qualified Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. As a member of our team, you will deliver comprehensive, high-quality, patient-centered care in medical-surgical and telemetry units. This role involves assessing patient health conditions, monitoring cardiac telemetry data, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to manage diverse patient needs.
You will partner with physicians, physical therapists, and social workers to create and implement individualized care plans. Your day will involve explaining procedures to patients and families, administering medications, conducting comprehensive assessments, and ensuring a safe environment for patients recovering from medical conditions or surgical procedures. We are looking for a nurse with strong clinical skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.

Requirements
- verifiedOne year of recent Med Surg/Tele RN experience
