About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse for a 13-week travel assignment in Labor and Delivery at Sentara RMH Medical Center in Harrisonburg, Virginia. This position supports the Family Birthplace, a facility featuring spacious private rooms and low-intervention birthing suites designed to support labor, delivery, and postpartum care.

You will join a comprehensive maternity care team that includes dedicated OB hospitalists, board-certified OB-GYNs, certified nurse midwives, and lactation consultants. The unit offers a Level 2 intermediate care nursery, providing a supportive environment for new families. This role is ideal for an experienced nurse looking to work in a scenic, welcoming community known for its vibrant downtown and proximity to the mountains.

Harrisonburg is located along Interstate 81, just two hours from Richmond and Washington, D.C. As the county seat for Rockingham County, it offers a perfect blend of adventure and community.
